Terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed on this website, which is operated by TEKX, Suites 21/22, Victoria House, 26 Main Street, GX11 1AA, Gibraltar. Contact: tekxgibraltar@gmail.com, +350 56021 032 (phone and WhatsApp, 9am to 9pm). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we accept it. If we cannot accept your order, we will tell you and refund any payment you have made. We take care to keep product information accurate, but products may differ slightly from the images shown and we may update the website at any time.

Prices and payment

The price is the price shown on the website when you place your order. All prices are in pounds sterling and we do not charge VAT. If we discover an obvious pricing error we may cancel the order and refund you in full; if the correct price is lower we will charge the lower price. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.

Delivery

Delivery costs are shown at checkout. We currently offer free next-day delivery within Gibraltar. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for delays outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.

Returns, cancellations and refunds

Returns, refunds and faulty goods are covered by our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms. You may cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched by contacting us.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's limited warranty, as described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, up to the price you paid for the products concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, loss of data, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order will apply to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar, and the courts of Gibraltar have jurisdiction.
